As Stu said I'm trying to gain weight and I thought it would have bad impact overall (heard million times that bf is most important meal of the day). I could easily eat fruits or nuts, I always have them around.

This is my biggest diet problem, until lunch i can't eat pretty much anything and after lunch I have regular snacks and eat every 2-3h or whenever I feel need to eat. I'm really trying to eat but my organism wont accept much so my bf has 1-2 slices of bread with butter or something similar and 2-3dL...

I'm beginner with barbell/dumbbell stuff eventhought I'm currently in training from doing BW stuff from last two months. Time is not a problem, I also thought working out 4x per week.

That makes sense, thanks for explanation. With all that in mind; when we're working out we can combine whole upper body ( chest,lats, bicep and back ) in one workout and it will be fine? Sry if i'm asking stupid questions but i dont know where to find answers for that.

If your goal is general strength, then don't think about individual muscles.
