She has a training age of 0, she didn't do any sports in high school (she's a freshman in college), though she danced from age 5-17 on v...

Hey Juggers, I'm glad to see that you're continually lifting and tracking your progress. Now that you've gotten your initial questions answered you might want to move your thread from the general forum to the exercise journal section. Make a journal discussion thread too so people can comment on you...

If I may offer a suggestion it would be to back off on weight until you find a weight that your wrists stop hurting at and slowly progress up from there as your wrists can manage, you may not get the chest/tri workout you're looking for but it will help bring your wrists up to par (and it shouldn't ...

Jumper, what kind of time lapse are you looking at between the two events? I know that I get at least a 4 inch increase on my vertical leap the day after heavy legs (compared to a regular day, I have no real measurements other than on a regular day I can dunk sometimes whereas on a heavy leg day or ...

Skipped weights wednesday in favor of a game of basketball (could only get 45 mins in before the gym closed) gave me a good sore I haven't gotten in a while. Thursday Mood before workout: a little annoyed my partner didn't show again, but it worked out cuz I had limited time to get in one of my long...
