365 x 3 on snatch grip deadlifts while standing on 1 plate...a 15 lb increase in a week (last week felt hella hard, this week only felt really hard...gimme 2 weeks and I may hit a 400 lb deadlift)

on a semi related note I do elevator pull ups a lot (face the interior of the elevator, grab rim with a palms back grip) because your back is braced against the elevator wall the position you are put in really hits the biceps hard.

Just wanted to drop a hearty Congratz, losing weight is a bitch. Unfortunately the leaner you get the harder it will be to keep losing so you'll have to keep tweaking your nutrition based on current weight and change up workouts a little more frequently.
