I came across a pretty sick one arm bench workout...the kicker is you do it in a smith rack with smith bar and just really focus on contraction...I find it to be a really good workout when you want to change up your routine.

I split my 'ab' routine into 3 days usually: rectus abdominus, obliques, and hip flexors and I just rotate through them (hiting transverse abdominus when I think about it) and it works fairly well for me (sixish pack). On cardio days I prefer to do abs afterwards just because running is quite taxing...

I highly agree with strathmeyer, when I control my portions to reasonable levels (instead of letting my stomach tell me when to stop) I can lift quite soon after eating. I like to wait 30-40 mins before I do so though just so I'm not slowing the digestive process by diverting blood from the stomach ...

I know that studies have shown that childeren (esp. male children) should stay away from excessive soy as it messes with hormone levels during development but I didn't know that there was an affect on the adult population.

If anyone knows of a place to get unbiased reviews on: gugglesterones, chromium picolinate, synephrine HCl, and ecdysterone I'd be highly appreciative.

could someone give a full description of a stomach vacuum? are you just sucking in your stomach or are you trying to pull a specific point in? I get completely different feelings when I try and do those two things.
