Deadlifts and squats are an ab workout. Planks will "hit" your abs/obliques if you do it for two or three hours, if all you want to do is be good at planks. Leg lifts are probably the best thing you've listed, but when you get good it can be hard to do them well.

Concerning the lower body, both exercises work about the same muscles, but with the squat you can use more weight. So wouldn't that make the squat superior to the front squat, in terms of building strength and hypertrophy? So you're saying I shouldn't feel good about myself when I'm front squatting...

The front squat is so involved you can be limited by anything, even wrist strength.

I generally front squat 3/4ths my back squat.

You can also "instant message" phone numbers from gchat on the gmail webpage, which is what it appears the OP wants to do. The number you're messaging just gets a text from some California number. This functionality can be enabled in the "labs" settings.
