Resting your body on your thighs like that causes your knee joint to separate with dangerous force.

Wow, what did beautyqueen do to hurt you guys? It's almost as if being ridiculed and constantly correcting you guys isn't very much fun for other people.

Hint: the personal insults don't convince us of your viewpoint.

Deadlifts and squats are an ab workout. Planks will "hit" your abs/obliques if you do it for two or three hours, if all you want to do is be good at planks. Leg lifts are probably the best thing you've listed, but when you get good it can be hard to do them well.

Re: Electric Cars

Whats everyone think of the new electric cars from Mitsubishi and Nissan? I really like them, I decided my first car will be electric, I just wish our governments would offer more incentives for them. Never having to pay for gas, hellz yea! Where do you live that electricity is free? Or where you m...

Re: squat vs front squat

Concerning the lower body, both exercises work about the same muscles, but with the squat you can use more weight. So wouldn't that make the squat superior to the front squat, in terms of building strength and hypertrophy? So you're saying I shouldn't feel good about myself when I'm front squatting...

The front squat is so involved you can be limited by anything, even wrist strength.

I generally front squat 3/4ths my back squat.

You can also "instant message" phone numbers from gchat on the gmail webpage, which is what it appears the OP wants to do. The number you're messaging just gets a text from some California number. This functionality can be enabled in the "labs" settings.

I hope you guys all know that you've disqualified yourselves from ever working at the State Department. The best thing about issues like this is that it readily identifies illegitimate government officials and the citizens who support them.

If you really want to develop a good core, the best way in my opinion is to do exercises such as squats, especially the front squat, and deadlifts. With good form of course. You can always do isolation ab work to define the abs, such as planks or stability ball oblique crunches to name a couple. EM...

In theory, should the weight I press for a decline bench press be more or less than a flat bench press? Why, how much can you dip? I never saw the point of decline bench. I always saw flat bench as the most even recruitment of chest muscles, with incline recruiting the usually overworked front delt...
