Sliver, you're going to be able to find plenty of excellent advice on the internet (icing, anti-inflammatories, stretching, not running on hard surfaces), but this is sort of a "weight lifting" forum so I'll give you the weight lifting answer. You need to find some way to strengthen your tibia muscl...

This is just rounding error. The calories are rounded to tens and everything else to the whole digit. Food-packaging nutrition information rarely adds up.

Whatever feels best to you is what is better.

I have problems with push/pull because some things like deadlifts are push lower body and pull upper body, so I just stay with upper/lower with deadlifts on lower.

Working the rotator cuff can go a long way towards injury prevention in sports, and even prevent injuries in weight lifting. Sometimes people say doing military or behind the neck presses are dangerous because they can injure the shoulder. What happens is someone who shoulder presses a lot of weight...

If I do hyperextensions after Lunges wont there be too much of a workout for the quads and wont it lead to imbalance, harms being weak that would lead to injury? And swim intervals do you mean by doing sprints and then a resting phase and then sprints again ? I think that is intervals... Correct me...

Well, even a normal bench press is going to work your front delts, which is what the military press targets. We can't give any good advice unless we know your whole routine. There's plenty of people who do bench presses, incline presses, and shoulder presses and don't experience an imbalance.

I should also point out that working your inner thigh won't cause you to lose fat on your inner thigh.

Yes, the raise is fine, and you can also do a lateral raise where you keep your arms straight.

You should be able to find a comfortable grip for upright rows; try using a rope, sturrups, or an inside out grip on the parallel-grip row thingie (not sure what it's called), which is what I use.

Well, once you've hurt it, it's going to hurt no matter how much weight you lift with it. You need to lay off it until it heals again and when you start up again you need to take it slow so that your elbow can get stronger. Drop 10 or 20% of the weight and slowly work your way back up. You could als...

Yes, it could be a stress fracture. It's also possible to get 'shin splints' in your forearms, especially if you're practicing all those break dancing moves. If it's the latter, stretching and ibuprofering will help it. Otherwise, see a doctor.

Is there any difference in nutritional value between a frozen Microwave meal and the exact same meal, only not pre made (e.g made the normal way)? I think the answer is yes, but only because of my prejudice against microwave meals. Compare the nutrional information on one to what it would be if you...

Yeah, I love reading things that show me how completely wrong my workout is. So one of the things they seem to suggest is that instead of doing bench press, incline bench, and flys all on one day, I should split them over my 3 weekly workouts. Currently I can get sore for 3 or 4 days, so I'm hoping ...

Charlie, I've seen someone try to post that "image" before (not sure if it was you). But the thing linked to isn't an image, it's a webpage, so you can't include it in an [IMG] tag.
