Hey, pudsey, you should also list which exercises you're doing and how many reps and with how much weight. 5 exercises each of 3 sets seems like way too many, and you may not be lifting enough weight in order to build enough muscle. Some people do a lot of exercise without much weight and never buil...

Or is this going to overtrain? I like some upper body HIIT, and I just figure I can do that in between lower body HIIT, or am I just going to overtrain the heck out of my body? Anyone with any advice for me...thanks! You're not necessarily going to overtrain, but it's unclear if you'll make more ga...
Not enough information: How is your diet? How much processed foods and protein do you eat? How much do you weigh now and then. How many reps/sets are you doing now? If you want us to recommend exercises, we need to know which ones you are doing now. Arnold presses aren't really magically better than...

Romanian deadlifts are just straight-back stiff-legged deadlifts (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Gluteus ... dlift.html) and are also pretty much the same thing as good-mornings (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Gluteus ... rning.html).

You're right, it is very confusing. 25 continuous sessions; half completed before week 5 Does this mean "half of the subjects completed their 25 sessions before the fifth week"? I think it's saying they did 25 sessions in the first 5 weeks, and then 35 in the last 15 weeks. 2-3 times a week seems go...

BTW, I've been getting into breakdancing recently. Anyone know of any excercises for wrists, in terms of holding oneself up? Are your wrists really your weakest link? There's always wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, and everything else that works your wrists good including any presses and revers...
Here is my first question: I hurt my wirst doing the Barbell Wrist Curl working on my wrist flexors. I think what caused the damaged is because i put my forearm close together not allowing my wrist to curl properly. After 1 set of 15s i felt great pain on the inside of my right wrist. Are you using...
Chicken and very lean beef. You should be able to get ground beef that is 90% lean, perhaps leaner (of course, it'll be more expensive). And chicken should have an amazingly small amount of fat in it, just check the labels.
I prefer doing it with the lower pully with the row cable attachment. It's just the lateral-deltoid exercise that feels most natural to me. With dumbbells the grip is too far from my body and with a barbell it hurts my wrists a little.
I read somewhere (on exrx.net) you should do >90 seconds rest for power lifting, 30-90 seconds for bodybuilding, and <30 seconds for endurance training. I cannot find that specific citation. Read 'Muscular Endurance' at http://exrx.net/WeightTraining/Tidbits.html and the second to last dark bullet a...
