Romanian deadlifts are just straight-back stiff-legged deadlifts (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Gluteus ... dlift.html) and are also pretty much the same thing as good-mornings (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Gluteus ... rning.html).

You're right, it is very confusing. 25 continuous sessions; half completed before week 5 Does this mean "half of the subjects completed their 25 sessions before the fifth week"? I think it's saying they did 25 sessions in the first 5 weeks, and then 35 in the last 15 weeks. 2-3 times a week seems go...

Chicken and very lean beef. You should be able to get ground beef that is 90% lean, perhaps leaner (of course, it'll be more expensive). And chicken should have an amazingly small amount of fat in it, just check the labels.
I prefer doing it with the lower pully with the row cable attachment. It's just the lateral-deltoid exercise that feels most natural to me. With dumbbells the grip is too far from my body and with a barbell it hurts my wrists a little.
