Strongly considering eliminating all benching and doing the seated military presses twice a week. Its really the one glaring weakness i have and i know my bench will never get to where i want it until i improve my front delt strength. Its definitely a limiting factor. Im thinking i wont go back to b...

hoosegow- it would probably be a good idea to space that weight out more evenly...meaning after the 1st set you have yourself going up 40lbs, but then after the 2nd set you're jumping up 90. I think you'll find 4-6 reps at 65% 1RM to be way too easy. I know everyone's different but i think on average 65% would be more befitting to a 10-12 rep range.

1) If the lateral delts is your #1 target, why do 2 exercises that mostly work the front delts???? 2) I think your answer here is along the same lines as #1. Hmmm....I'm not sure, others would know alot more than i would being that ive never really lifted for bulk. But lifting for strength would be a good idea, because once you return to more of a bodybuilding routine after, all that extra strength you acquired in the strength phase can then be put to us...

Yep, I make sure to alternate whenever i do mixed grips. Ok now im actually way more motivated now, cause my grip felt so much stronger mixed. Thanks for the input!
