well... it's the only product I've used.

I had one serving before, and it tasted pretty good.
I guess I'm gonna have to wait a few months to see how it effects my gains.

yeah, on the nutrition info, it says 1 scoop = 50 grams
but there's not scoop...
should I go back to the store and see if they sell any scoops?

Whey! - How many tablespoons for for 10 grams

I recently bought a bucket of "Strive Pro-Iso" whey protein... This will be my first time using whey supplement, and I'm wondering how I can measure x number of grams with a tablespoon... or how I can measure the number of grams at all. I read somewhere that 2 tablespoons of whey is = to 10 grams of...

after doing some research, I believe I have what is called a TFCC injury.
After reading it up online and looking at diagrams, my symptoms perfectly match a TFCC injury...

Does anybody have experience with this kind of problem? please share.

Wrist tendonitis

last year, I injured my wrist while doing bent-over barbell row: On my last rep, I heard something in my wrist stretch, but it didn't hurt. The next day, it hurt whenever I would use the muscle and ROM was limited in my wrist. I re-injured it 2 months later while lifting some heavy objects at work. ...

By fast pace, do you mean less rest between sets? or faster form?

I'm interested in reading about the 3x10 thing.

Post the article :) thanks!

Well seeing that its 5x5 and the first few weeks don't have any maxing out, and since I'm modifying it to 5x12, I figure it would be safe. Here is an example with bb row: ----------------------- BB Bent-over row 12 RM = 86lbs -week1- monday: BB Row: 12 reps: set1: 33 lbs set2: 41 lbs set3: 50 lbs se...

How about just doing the 5x5 exercises, but at a 12-15 range?

Can I follow the 5x5 program, but instead of working up to 5 rep max, I go for 15 rep max?

Would you recommend power cleans in the 12-15 rep range?

By light, do you mean like 20lbs?

Because I was planning on starting on 5x5 again from the start.

Since the weight is usually very light on the 1st few weeks, I was wondering if this was light enough.

Just because you feel fully recovered (no pain), doesn't necessarilly mean your 100%. That can often take longer. So after the pain stops, would you suggest waiting longer to make sure it has fully recovered? Here is the pic that illustrates my injury: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/attachment.php?a...
