I prefer late afternoon or evening. I'm in college and usually don't wake up until around 11, I prefer to get one or two meals in before going and give them time to digest. I just feel too weak in the morning. Then an hour or two after working out I like to eat a huge dinner.

I've dislocated both shoulders over the course of last summer (outside of the gym) and I have a some serious issue with strengthing them to prevent this.
