There is a great exercise that you can do using a band placed at the knee. You stand in a "athletic stance" with tension on the band (wrapped around both legs) and you internally/externally rotated the hips.

I agree with Stephen and seek out a qualified professional. Its sound slike you have a postural deviation that begins with tightnes and weakness through the lumbar spine and effects the scapula.

I kinda agree with him...BUT it depends on the formation of the acromium process. And thta is what you should debate iwth him.
