I prefer Conventional Deadlifts for two reasons: 1) Sumo Deadlifts feel a lot like a wide, shallow squat. They work the same muscle groups in a similar way. New York Barbells has Farmer's Walk Handles for $200 a pair (not including shipping). They weigh 24 lbs each and accept standard Olympic plates.
