I don't think you should be concerned. I frequently get the twitch thing too - especially with the first intense workout of this kind after a layoff. Example - my last workout was almost exclusively 1-handed oly type stuff - i twitched a bit afterward for hours. IMHO - Oly lifts whether 1 handed or ...

I originally bought the cambered bar for doing farmers walks (easier to load, lesser # of plates needed than my farmers walk implements). I noted that when i lifted the bar to begin the walk, it felt more natural. Also found that i could handle more weight with it (probably due to the natural groove...

My WHOLE body hurts today. I could not sleep - possibly overtrained? I could not get comfortable or relax a single musc...

Okay - i'll join in on this bragging game ;) I've been chasing 500lb in the deadlift for months now, and finally nailed it last evening, using a cambered bar (at bwt of 180lb). I'm going to stick with the cambered bar and work up to 515 or so and then drop back in weight and go to a regular bar and ...

Thanks, Stephen, i'll check that link out.

I am the opposite from you by the sounds of it - you CAN'T get me to do traditional cardio - it bores me to death (it doesn't help that i have the attention span of a stone, either).

George, I wouln't worry about that at all. In MMA, it wasn't uncommon for guys i trained with and myself, the odd occasion, to drop as much as 20 pounds in 24-36 hours for weigh-in. That was all water, of course. What you describe is nothing to be concerned about. Also - try weighing yourself each m...
