how does it taste regular creatine monohydrate and instead of juice i was thinking i would take it with water. would i just scoop it in my mouth and drink the water or mix it in water and drink it

when picking out a creatine is there suppose to be some kind of ingredient we r looking for or r they all the same and as anyone tried krush creatine it has flavors i want something that taste good and goes down easy

i think it has nothing to do with reps at all the more muscle mass u have the more calories u going to burn pretty simple you say your diet is sensible but u dont tell us what u eat its most diet 90 percent and 10 percent exercising your eating to much by the looks of it no offence there. high reps ...

i was doing incline db with flat bp and incline bp with flat db for about 1-2 months im going to switch it up to decline db with incline bp and decline bp with incline db for about 1-2 months now after this i was thinking decline and flat but im not to sure if its worth it my incline is the weakest ...

legs routine is it good?

my leg routine is squats,lunges,leg extensions and some kind of hamstring exercise i alway switch it up from lying leg curls, sitted leg curls or good mornings i do 3 sets of 8-12 reps. I dont do calves exercises since i got strecth marks from muscle growing to fast and i do deadlifts on my back day...
