Yeah, that might've been better, but it was fun doing it and it went pretty well.

Yeah, pretty much, but also did some fooling around on machines (was in a "real gym").
And did a chest workout with my workout-partner for the day.

Did a marathonsession yesterday: Deadlift 165kgx1 (365lbs) Front squat 115kgx1 (250lbs) almost had 120kg Bench press 90kgx1 (200lbs) YES! over bodyweight, but I haven't done bench in a long time so it was pretty shaky form (not weight-wise) Hang clean 95kgx1 (210lbs) almost had 100kg (I would've had...

Yeah, you guys are right. I'll drop the "vanity work", but I'm going to keep the push presses, I like doing them. I'll put them after my main strength exercise. I use wrist wraps when doing curls, cleans, front squats and 'heavy' upper body pressing.

Broscience: you shouldnt use them with light weight, your wrist could get stronger and able to handle stress better.

I only weigh 83kg right now, when I saw my weight on the scale I was like FUUUUUUUUUU.

But then I thought, my girl thinks I'm hot and I'm the strongest/least weak I ever was.
YEAAAAAAAHHHHH

My focus right now is getting stronger, while maintaining my relative leanness (mass gain is always wanted).
