Last night I've had sleep paralysis.
I read some time ago that you can have hallucinations (the non pleasant kind) during sleep paralysis.
So I tried to forcefully move myself and didn't open my eyes, it took about a minute before I could move.

I might have given the wrong impression about my idea. I didn't mean a "social club", but a place where you can go to sit and relax before they go home. I'd think an area where clients can have drinks and chat, would be essential. That way people wouldn't just come to you do to their workouts, but also for the social environment. This would mean that people stay longer at your place => more chance that they'll talk other people into getting a member...

I'd do high pulls instead of upright rows.
