I've read the article and my only concern is: my right side will grow and my left side wil probably not grow or even get less mass. Or is a month of training not enough to create a difference between both sides?

No weight training for another month

Hello, I have got an injury because of a little bike accident. My thumb extensor tendon was uncovered an my wrist had got an enormous impact (>50 kmh at 1 cm²). This happened 2 weeks ago and I may not do anything with my left hand: no training, cycling, ... (I can still run but I find that's really ...

Hello, the push press is according to me a better shoulder builder then the military press. Even though you use your legs to build momentum, your shoulders still have to do a good deal of work during the concentric phase. During the isometric phase, you really feel your delts firing. Be sure to lowe...

Thanks for the reply, but I wasn't thinking about it, my forearms just needed a little bit of rest to continue.

Just a question, I did RDL's monday, but I let the weight rest on the ground and then lifted it back up. My muscles were all relaxed and my left erector (tendon) is now strained, what can I do about it?

Hello, I don't know anything about traning for MMA, but these are some MMA specific training articles. And they're written by Chad Waterbury: someone who knows what he's doing. http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1034530 http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1083869 There will probably be more...

Good advice from veterans.

Hello, have you veterans got any good advice for those who haven't got much experience in lifting (such as myself). This advice could be about how to keep healthy joints, ligaments and tendons; what exercises are bad for you even though they're good mass/strength builders; etc.

I've been using an adjusted Chad Waterbury program, the one with the 6 exercises (4 compound, 2 isolation) for 3 months. But I adjusted it to 4-5 compound and 3-2 isolation. Yesterday I've had a teriffic workout ( in case you were wondering why the numbers are odd: they originally were in kg): Deadl...

Thanks for the replies, I cannot do heavy squatting/benching or test my 1RM since I train at home and don't have a power rack, but my dad gives me my weight to bench. I do my Pistols against a wall with a Swiss Ball in between (90° max) I forgot to give my starting strenght (one month after the begi...

very weak

Hello, I've got a question once again. At T-nation, there's an article about strenght standards( http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1563264 ). I've been training for 9 months and I've made some improvement, but I'm still weak. Even though I basically had no muscle at the beginning of my trainin...

I haven't read your complete workout schedule, but you want to do 7 days a week full-body workouts? I do believe that it's way to much, 4 times a week is max and even then there's a big risk of overtraining. Training 7 days a week doing only bodyparts, isn't very risky, but by doing 7 days a week fu...
