Hello again, I was wondering which of these two (multiple sorts of exercises) was best to start building muscle. Bench Press or Flyes? Does this mean that I should take 1,76g/kg (=0,8g/lb) for my lean bodyweight? I have approximately 17% fat for 69kg => lean bodyweight = 57,27kg?

So I should have at least 100,8g of protein a day?
