This will be the start of my online weight training journal. I plan on gaining weight like i have been and strength as well. When I get to my desired goal weight gain wise I will then aim to get ripped chisseled and rock hard. This is my first journal entry and will add as soon as i lift.
I'm 5'8 208 i want to be 230 and then get ripped maybe 215 but at my weight right now i feel extremely light on my feet. from my experience cardio does takeaway from weightgain and muscle gain but that guys article not only sounded like an extremeists opinion but im sure that the date on the bottom read 1998 so... i would say that guys opinion may be a bit outdated thats just me though.
