I don't understand though...
why/how would my wrist get re-injured after making a full recovery?
would it help if I just waited longer after recovery before training again?

Recurring Injury :(
After 3 months, my wrist finally made a full recovery... so before re-starting my 5x5 program, I decided to determine my new maxes... which re-injured my damn wrist... The first time i injured myself, it was from the bent-over bb row... the weight was probably too heavy for my forearms, and so somet...

Sucking in the stomach = good posture?
I notice that when I suck in my stomach a little bit, my back seems to be more straight, and my overall posture is a lot healthier looking. My chest even seems significantly larger. I was wondering if this is what good posture really is, or if this is just faking good posture, which will lead to fat...

THanks for the advice. Considering both replies, I plan to correct my posture by following a program with only: - Olympic Lifts (barbells only) - Bent-over Rows - Chin-ups/Pull-ups (various grips). (the only pushing exercise I may do are push-ups, hindu push-ups). What rep-range should I use for the...

Bill Starr's 5x5 - Power Cleans
I'm going to restart the whole 5x5 program next week, but this time I'm going to incorporate Power Cleans. however, I have some concerns: 1. Would it be good to substitute BB-Rows with Power Cleans? or would it be better to sub Deadlifts with Power cleans? 2. Won't the power cleans over train my leg...

Decreased appetite during my break
So, I've been physically inactive for about 1.5 weeks now due to a wrist injury, and I noticed that my appetite isn't as big as when I was working out. I'm eating a lot less. Also, I weighed myself today, and apparently, I've lost about 5 pounds. Is the weight I'm losing coming from fat? muscle? or ...

Protracted Shoulder Girdle
I think I have what is known as Protracted Shoulder Girdle . My shoulders are always pulled foward, making it look like I'm hunching over. I've heard this is caused by weak rhomboids. I've seen the site: http://www.exrx.net/ExInfo/Posture.html , and would like to know if I should do these stretches ...
