But there is not much that I can do about it. I have stopped drinking and eating caffeine related things. The only exception is...

There are some minerals that can stop the bleeding, like Alum. It is very effective in stopping the bleeding. You could have been treated with its powder. But it does not cure the wound. It just seals the cuts. It is frequently used in India after Shaving, but it burns a lot. http://en.wikipedia.org...

Loads of really calorific processed foods (pizza mostly) and gallons of chocolate milk which i think is starting to mess with my stomach. If you want to gain muscle (and don't mind a little fat) what's wrong with these foods. Pizza if made with the traditional ingredients is very healthy. Even the ...

I did mean reducing by 20%. reducing to 20% really doesn't make sense. Also I have seen that people mostly recommend reducing the fat first and then build the muscle. ie using a cutting diet first and then maintenance diet. I think for a person of my type with very little muscle would be better of w...

Maybe in some other universe. In this universe that is impossible. Show me the research! Where is a proper study with control and variable groups? I guess I am from a different universe ;-). I am not a religious person, and that includes science ;-). Just an off-topic, I believe in this MOND theory...

Thanks a lot. For the floor press I will wait till I am good at elevated pushups. Then initially I can use a backpack with weights. After that it will be a good exercise. I hope I can find a completely rubber 20kg plates so that I can put the barbell down across my body without it (hoping again) tou...

Homeopathy and our local forms Unani and Ayurvedic medicines are quite cheap in India compared to the Western ones. But you need to have some faith in the alternative medicine practitioner. A lot of good comes from using spices for different ailments. They have been known to work over generations. E...

Actually there are two benefits of taking homeopathy, even when you know that it is just plain water. First if you are being forced by your family to do something about it, and you think the problem will be resolved by itself, homeopathy is a great way out. Other is that sometimes it does work ;-). ...

The strength is increasing, but then it will increase because I am new to the Iron ;-). Whey is too much for my budget. I am substituting with milk and eggs. It gives me more carbs, but still it is better than nothing. I have doubled my lifting capabilities in a month. I had two problems in my exerc...
