But with stretching and this make nervous system wake up this make recovery between sets eaiser , thus faster recovery after workout?
Or this only to prevent injury when training?

Are you when set this routine you say 2 sets (1 warm-up/1 as heavy i can) you put it depending in principle that say for gain muscle size must train 2 types of muscle by doing low intensity then higer intensity or for another reason?

First all your words i agree with it but why i didn't see any exercise for lat with out arm flexion at any gym (just 1 i remeberd it just now from high pully and do shoulder extision)

Although i can't understand the details because of language but i will take that the aspirin for newer adult not good and perfect for older as stander information now

I have readed in some book that when take aspirin pre-workout will improve the blood flow due to capilliries swelling but later the book say that aspirin subsided from muscles edema during training

Stretching important for everybody working out , and when don't do it when my purpose strength like you say will make your body taugh can't move your body easily it will be difficult And here i speaking about stretching for warm up and cooldown to prepare muscles before session and increase recovery...
