I appreciate all the help already. Please discuss my journal and help me fine tune it to make sense. I am new to wieghtlifting and I am currently lifting for strength. I want to get as strong as possible at 160lbs because I might start MMA eventually and want to be in great shape. Please feel free to discuss thanks.
