What are "BS DL"?
My first thought was that it's when you brag about your dead lifts. If I told you I DL 600, that would be pure BS!

Those lovely things are Bulgarian Split Deadlifts. Fun stuff... but I like your option better.

Yadmit,
I'm wondering how your legs feel doing the slams/burpees after you squat heavy. It seems like you'd have trouble getting any elevation on the jump with tired legs.
Is the break you get during the push/pull portion enough to get the rest you need for those?

Seems to be... however, on the last few reps of the last few sets, there is less daylight under my feet. :)

Arm blaster? As in, that bent piece of metal you use to do strict curls?
Okay, okay, I have one too. I don't use it anymore, but I used to.

I tried an EZ Curl bar.. but it wasn't working.
I used a straight bar and did the following:
Reverse Curl, into an Overhead Press, followed by a Tricep Extension, then reverse to the bottom. One rep.
