Hi. As you can see, I'm a bit out of the mainstream as far as bodybuilding goes. I started in the early 1960's for sports conditioning, and shifted from there into OL and PL. I've dabbled in bodybuilding, but back then, they were all pretty much the same. The athletes did both OL and PL, the PL'rs were OLr's, and bodybuilders. It only differentiated about 8 weeks out from a meet or contest. Anyway, these days I train mostly for general fitness. Any comments welcome.
Had family problems over the weekend. Finally had some time to get back to it. Tried the Justa thing for a week, but felt like I was Slacking myself. Going back to a density plus ME thing. My plan for the 1 arm press thing is 2 density days (10X2 on the minute) /week at around 70%, and the third day double up to around a max. Chose the sumo DL for lower ME as my hip ain't gettin' any better with my birthdays, and the sumo is a compromize with squats and conventional DL's, and much less demanding on my hip joint with the staggered stance I use..
