how much did you pay for the Corn? Opps I mean maize?
It's okay I just bought $50 gatoraid from Biotest and a GIANT tee shirt that makes me feel small again.
I say no on upright rows too. My shoulders are too sensitive for them. Some people can, others can't. I wouldn't do it if your gut is telling you no.

NO CORN!
I picked up the glyco maize for about $22....no tax. Cool thing is I will use it PW only. I work out every other day, and there is 50 servings per container. You do the math....not very expensive considering I'll get about 3 months out of it. We'll see if it works.
Upright rows are not an option......looking at lateral raises......god I hate those. I remember doing those in high school.....ugh. But I feel my lateral delts are being neglected. I'll figure it out in the next week or so....

I got pinned under 85 pounds once.
As in the bar plus 2 x 10 pound weights on each side.
So it's not just you. Still, going for 205 after you missed a 5th rep at 185 pounds was probably not the best idea. Still, you got 1 x 205 man!

I can remember back in HS (1965), I was on the wrestling team in the 95 lbs class, and coach brought in an Olympic set of weights. The big boys were C and J'ing the bar and one plate - 135 - so I grabbed it, split
cleaned it, push jerked it, and fell on my ass, with the bar over my chest. I got a lot of jeers over it, but trhe heavier weight classes knew from that point on I wasn't their weak little sister.

Yeah, and I was feeling a bit weak today too....definitely should have stuck with 185. But pressing 205 is a bit of a rush.....

I almost did. The bar hit me in the jaw on the way down. But the point being, don't be afraid of being pinned in any lift. Always strive to do your best.

I will be a bit intimidated next time I have 205 on the bar....but no worries...I am starting to like the butterflies.

LOL, I left the most important part out, don't be afraid, BUT have good spotters.
Good training to you.

I understand the value of good spotters.....but I work out at home. I have to think ahead....and this time I got a little cocky and paid the price....my stomach is killing me today....haha! I can assure you I will not be pushing it like that again....
