I had completely forgotten about this part of the journals. If anyone has any tips or critique, or just about anything else, they're welcome to comment.

Since about mid-january. When I was younger I played basketball and did some really, really misguided strength training, and then after that on and off several times per year, misguided.

So first time doing something serious was now in January.

Bah. I had a really busy day, after having way too little sleep, and came home and fell asleep. Slept too long to make it to the gym.

I'll go tomorrow instead, though, and wednesday again.

I also need to throw in two workouts I haven't put in the journal yet.. When I can be arsed, heh.

Still working hard -- just been busy and frankly haven't bothered to fill the logs. There are at least 6 work outs that I've left out.

There's also been waaay too much drinking going on every weekend for the past month. I know, it sounds like I'm an alcoholic, but don't worry, I'm a student. Implicitly included with the student package is the constant stay on the edge of alcohol addiction, heh.

I've told my friends that I've had enough for a while, however, as it has caused me to skip a few workouts, so I won't be drinking at all for at least a few weeks now. Going to concentrate on working out -- damn drunkery made me miss two squat/bench days.

It can't be all that helpful with studies, either!

Actually, it doesn't interfere as much as one would think, thankfully.
