Hello
could any one suggest a suppl to take to help with sugar carvings, I compete in bodybuilding doing figure open class in New Zealand.
for about six years now.
but each year when I finish competing all I do is crave sugars 24/7, it drives me insane at times otherwise its peanut butter.
I do take chromium high dose, 2x daily and cinimmon on my oats.
But I struggle with this every year after comps.
If anyone could suggest a supplement or a certain food to introduce to my diet I would be greatful
thank you for taking the time to read my question

Dunno how a supplement could help with this. Are you not just better off enjoying yourself for a couple of days after the show and eating like a human again?
