there are lots of foods which have high protein and you can afford in low budget for veg and non veg both. so here i am written a article about protein foods

There is no shortage of protein rich in non-veg diet, but vegetarians have to work a little bit in raising proteins. Those who work out, many proteins are needed to make muscles. Apart from this, those who do not eat eggs or meat will have to fulfill their needs.Image

soy milk is also good source of protein, can you substitute milk with it?

Hey, I am vegan. And let me tell you its myth that vegans are low in protein. Or best sources are only eggs and meat stuff. As I m an animal lover to choose meat-free diet. As a fact, being vegan itself is saving your environment. You only save natural resources but also money and time. Here, I am listing down vegan resource of protein:

Quinoa
Soy
Rice and Beans
Hummus and Pita
Peanut Butter
Hempseed

Hope this will motivate many of you. :)

The confusion with vegans not getting "good quality" protein is caused by people not understanding what a complete protein is.

Yes, many plant-based foods are lacking certain essential amino acids; however, combining foods easily makes a complete protein.

An example is that peanuts lack enough lysine to be complete. However, whack it on some bread, which contains the missing dose of lysine, and voila - complete protein chain.

Rice and beans is another great example - rice also lacks lysine, but mix it up with some awesome beans, and you have a tasty, healthy, complete protein source.

It's A Fact,Not A Myth

1) Vegan's protein intake is much lower the individual who consume meats and dairy. With that said, vegan's can obtain enough protein providing they are diligent in ensuring their diet is protein compliant.

Due to the lower protein levels of vegan proteins, a greater volume is needed to obtain the same amount of protein that is is eggs, meats, and dairy.

Eggs and meats superior proteins, along with milk, to vegan proteins.

The Leucine The Anabolic Amino Acid

The amino acid Leucine is an anabolic trigger, stimulating mTOR (Mammalian Target of Rapamycin).

Between 2.5 and 4.5 gram of Leucine per serving is needed to trigger this anabolic response, Muscle Protein Synthesis.

Younger individual can stimulate mTOR with about 2.5 gram of Leucine. Older individual need over 3 gram of Leucine.

The Vegan Leucine Issue

Vegan proteins contain lower percentage of Leucine than meats, eggs and milk. That means Vegans need to consume more food to obtain the same results.

Again, it can be done providing a Vegan is plan their meals or supplements with Leucine.

As an exammple...

Wheat Protein
Added leucine makes wheat protein as anabolic as whey

Research found that spiking Wheat Protein with Leucine make it as effective as whey in triggering an anabolic response.

Lack of Knowledge

The average individual's confusion comes from a lack of knowledge in knowing which vegan food to combine.

With that said, the right combination of vegan foods provides some good quality. However, to obtain enough protein, a greater of quantity need to be consumed. This is something average vegan is not doing.

Secondly, the the Leucine content of vegan protein is low. I addressed this is my previous post.

Taking low calories with high protein is a good breakfast as we all knows protein gives us energy that we need to win all day. I think taking 2 egg white with one slice of brown bread are enough for your breakfast if you are doing office work or less energy consumer. But taking one glass of fresh milk (remember always use low fat dairy) or one glass of fresh juice in breakfast is superb.
