there are lots of foods which have high protein and you can afford in low budget for veg and non veg both. so here i am written a article about protein foods

There is no shortage of protein rich in non-veg diet, but vegetarians have to work a little bit in raising proteins. Those who work out, many proteins are needed to make muscles. Apart from this, those who do not eat eggs or meat will have to fulfill their needs.Image

soy milk is also good source of protein, can you substitute milk with it?

Hey, I am vegan. And let me tell you its myth that vegans are low in protein. Or best sources are only eggs and meat stuff. As I m an animal lover to choose meat-free diet. As a fact, being vegan itself is saving your environment. You only save natural resources but also money and time. Here, I am listing down vegan resource of protein:

Quinoa
Soy
Rice and Beans
Hummus and Pita
Peanut Butter
Hempseed

Hope this will motivate many of you. :)

The confusion with vegans not getting "good quality" protein is caused by people not understanding what a complete protein is.

Yes, many plant-based foods are lacking certain essential amino acids; however, combining foods easily makes a complete protein.

An example is that peanuts lack enough lysine to be complete. However, whack it on some bread, which contains the missing dose of lysine, and voila - complete protein chain.

Rice and beans is another great example - rice also lacks lysine, but mix it up with some awesome beans, and you have a tasty, healthy, complete protein source.
