a quick question about calories
Just wanted to know - when cutting calorie in order to lose weight - should 500kcal be taken away just from BMR or should the amount taken away from total calories intake (example BMR = 1800kcal-500kcal or , total calories 2600kcal-500kcal ) ? And is it good idea to consume the amount of calories from BMR of target weight ?
