i'm looking to pack on some pounds and want to try a weight gainer/mass gainer supplement.
(insert old questions here which i figured out through bodybuilding.com)
edit: just found this as i research mass gainers:
shake
16 oz. 2% milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana
1 serving whey protein (example Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey)
Approx. Total: 820 calories
95 g carbs (40g sugars)
48g fat (but only 10g sat fat, plus lots of Omega 3)

In this case I could suggets you add one banana and one tablespoon canola oil, It will increase the mass gain.
