How to weight gainers ?

what are your guy's opinion on these for gaining lean mass as opposed to just eating more ?

I guess it is better to gain weight with eating more instead of lean mass because it is safe to eat while there are dangerous side effects of lean mass powders.
just drink weight gaining shakes, make sure to take 400 calories daily including protein and increase it gradually.
Compound exercises like pull-ups and very heavy weight. 5-10 reps for 3 sets for Strength Training.

To increase the weight of food quickly. :neu:
1. milk
2. protein shake
3. dates
4. dry fruits
5. egg
6. dark chocolate
7. rice
8. Bread of wheat
9. some vegetables rich in starches include like potatoes,corn,buckwheat,beans,squash,grapes.
