My Post-Workout Meal

Is this enough for a post-workout meal?

I'm on a clean bulk.

weight: 160 lbs
height: 5'7

Post-workout meal:
- 4 eggs (3 yolks, 4 whites) + some ketchup
- Half a can of Tuna
- 3 Slices of white bread (toasted)

Yea, but I don't think the high fructose corn syrup in the ketchup or the white flour in the bread are very good for your health. Maybe whole wheat and mustard instead?

I'm on board with the sugar intake involved with the white bread. As another alternative, you may want to consider oatmeal, it's got a high GI in addition to helping you stock up on fibre as well, plus it's got a decent amount of protein as well. This is what i'd do:
1/2 cup of oats
5 eggs
16 ounces of milk
Whey (this is an option, a good one but not essential to the mix)
It gives you almost 70g of clean protein, even without the whey. Good luck

Careful with the tuna. You might want to think about half a can of chicken - if you can stomach it.

Half a can should be fine unless he eats it other times and even if he workouts every day of the week that is only 3.5 cans per week. Ive heard 3 is where you should be at more or less to avoid the negative effects.
