Will eating creatine in meats and fish such as herring still give you results from faster protein synthesis?

Plus ive heard that when cooking meat the creatine is reduced?? is this true?? If yes how do i get it up again.

Ihave no idea about the cooking thing, but you would have to eat a ton of meat/fish to get the usual dose of 5-10 gr day thats recommended.
Next, creatine doesn't aid in faster protein synthesis. I've heard the hype, but it's never been proven in any tests. What it does is fuel the muscles with phosphorous, so that the muscles contract harder and longer. Pretty decent thing for a short burst anaerobic effort. Also, because of this, it may INDIRECTLY influence muscle size. It also has the properties of drawing water like a magnet, accounting for fuller, larger looking muscles, when you have them saturated.
