ok back with my weight gain report after a week and a day of getting around 3,000 - 3,500 calories a day.
i gained 1/2 a lb =(

yesterday i ate about 4 to 5 cups of goulash throughout the day. this version of goulash consisted of ground beef, macaroni noodles, tomato sauce, tomato chunks, and celery chunks.
i also had a turkey sandwhich with a slice of cheese on it.
and after my workout i had my mass gainer supplement which is 820 calories.
i feel like i ate something else but i cant remember it. i stopped keeping track of my calories yesterday.
