what are the basic guidelines for effective cutting,is it ok to be hungry at night time before going to sleep during cutting? if not,how to avoid that?

never be hungry that's not good. The best way is to cut carbs and taper them off later in the day. Of course if you already have your metabolism all jacked up from the usual starvation and 10 hours a day of cardio and other such crap. You might as well bulk for a couple months and let yourself recover. Then you can do it the right way.
