One of my favorites is to gra a bit of left over meat, say 2 or more oz/s pt it in a microwwav safe bowl, pour in some chopped veg, (chopped broccolim french cut green beans and chopped spinach are work well), nuke it till the veg are hot, pour off the excess water, throw in a bit of cheese for flavoring and whatever seasoning you like, ix it all up, the pour two beaten eggs over the top, nuke it till its hard (about 3 mins or so), stirring once or twice. Low in calories, high in protein and the veg really gets me full.
