Rate my health drink

This is my favorite between meal snack:
One cup non-fat milk
One tablespoon unsalted crunchy peanut butter (Trader Joe's)
One large strawberry
One large banana
One scoop chocolate whey protein(Designer Whey brand)
Couple of pinches cinnamon
Small handful whole almonds or whole walnuts.
A few ice cubes
Put into Osterizer and mix for about 30 seconds and enjoy.
This fills me up for a couple of hours.

Sounds tasty , looks pretty well balanced for snack purposes. I might try it.

I calculated the calories and it's about 420 for the drink.
