It's kind of hard to find whey protein at a reasonable price overhere, but I saw some on special so I bought 4 tubs. Is this stuff anygood?
per100g
Kcal 374kcal
Protein: 74,5g
Carbohydrate 6,4g (3.6g sugar).
Fat 5,6g (1,9g).
Fibre 0,79g
18 Amino acids, 9 of which are 'essential'
Protein blend: whey concentrate, whey isolate, hydrolysed whey protein.
So is it OK or have I bought 4kg of banana flavoured snow?
Is this whey anygood.

I don't think you have wasted your money. There are different qualities of protein available and some are better than others but all are better than none. I usually use Optimum Nutrition:

The only difference is slightly less carbs. they use a sugar substitute instead of sugar. That's not why I buy it, I go by price.
The only question is whether you like the taste. You might get tired of banana after a while.

Don't think anything of whey that has those amino acids in it. It looks good to people, but really all protein that gets ingested is broken down into those amino acids anyways and is reformed into the protein that the body needs. Those are accually essential because your body doesn't produce it so it is important to have it in your diet. So go for the one that has the flavor that you prefer and the best bang for the buck. So what you got is accually very good.
