The simpliest one might be the most simple but for average people like myself who arent looking to body build and don't have all the time in the world to eat 8 meals a day let alone be able to afford the supplements have to eat, get fat then lean. I'd love to be able to do that, that sounds like a great idea and pretty awesome but I'll have to stick to the old fashioned way. Thanks.
