I'm 51 years old, 6'2" and 205#. I've been skinny and weak my whole life until I started training about 5 years . Gains come slowly for me but I'm happy with what's going on. Most people are quite surprised when I tell them my age.

awesome tim. I want to be like that when i get to that point in my life im only 23 i have two girls and want to stay strong and healthy for them my whole life. I knew this old guy in my old neighborhood guy must have been in his 80's would walk his butt off fast as hell pep in his step and everything his hair was white. I would think wow id love to be able to do what he does when im that age. I see a lot of elderly people that are sick. I dont want that. People like that old guy motivate me.
