Multi-Vitamins

Just wanted to get some recommendations for a good multi-vitamin. I've been doing some research and as always with any supplement, just too many of them. Basically, I'd like the 'best', if there is such a thing. I personally use bodybuilding.com as a guideline to look up various supplements, but I like the forums/community here better and would like to get a second opinion.

I've used Animal Pak for the past 3 years. I wouldn't have it any other way....

Get yourself all the individual vitamins. You get more of it for a much cheaper price.

I pay less than $20 for a 44-day supply of Animal Pak. If I can get the individual vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and aminos for cheaper, please let me know where.

You Americans are way lucky... I take Animal Pak myself, but I pay 50$ (CDN) for the 44 paks.

But, it is a 'brand name' if you will, and I was wondering if there was something better, or perhaps cheaper and close to the same quality.

As for individual vitamins, I personally don't know what to take. Thats why I stick to the multi-vitamins and just aim to get as much stuff as they can pack into those pills. Without making a new topic... whats a good mineral/vitamin to look for when it comes to joint care?

Hmmm...I don't know, maybe eating meat or protein shakes.

vitamins, minerals

vitamin world, grocery store, vitamin shoppe, gnc, good diet

enzymes

your body already produces these
