Multi-Vitamins
Just wanted to get some recommendations for a good multi-vitamin. I've been doing some research and as always with any supplement, just too many of them. Basically, I'd like the 'best', if there is such a thing. I personally use bodybuilding.com as a guideline to look up various supplements, but I like the forums/community here better and would like to get a second opinion.

You Americans are way lucky... I take Animal Pak myself, but I pay 50$ (CDN) for the 44 paks.Hercules wrote:I pay less than $20 for a 44-day supply of Animal Pak. If I can get the individual vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and aminos for cheaper, please let me know where.ironmaiden708 wrote:Get yourself all the individual vitamins. But, it is a 'brand name' if you will, and I was wondering if there was something better, or perhaps cheaper and close to the same quality.
As for individual vitamins, I personally don't know what to take. Thats why I stick to the multi-vitamins and just aim to get as much stuff as they can pack into those pills. Without making a new topic... whats a good mineral/vitamin to look for when it comes to joint care?Get yourself all the individual vitamins. You get more of it for a much cheaper price.
