Is it really as nutritious as the infomercials make it seem?

Hahaha I really doubt it all infomercials try to do is get your money. Diet correctly and go to the gym lift and do some cardio that will be a lot better.

It's really not that bad of a blend. It has good levels of various vitamins and minerals but here are my criticisms.

-No bioflavonoids
-Low vitamin E which is the strongest of the antioxidants
-Some of these vitamins will not abosorb well or at all due to competion for absorption with other vitamins and minerals.
-There should be more dextrose and fat to aid in absorption
-The caffeine (green tea extract) in it is probably the substance that is causing you to feel full of mirth again.

Conc: Don't bother with it, eat a healthy diet this isn't worth the investment, 14 servings for $40 not a good buy.
