Amplified Creatine

Post by duly noted » Fri Jul 18, 2008 12:21 pm

Has anyone used amplified creatine 189 from GNC. Rather than loading up on powder, you supposedly just have to take two tablets. Each dose is 1250mg. I bought a 30 day supply... just wondering. Also, when is the best time to take it?

I think its just a gimmick. I was walking by the GNC in my mall the other day and stopped in, some obese salesman who obviously never lifted weights tried to sell me the "amplified creatine." It was about $10 more expensive for 1/3 the supply of regular monohydrate. The way he talked about creatine and other products showed that he did no research into nutrition or exercise. As he was telling me how I needed all of these other joke products I just reached up for the monohydrate and walked to the counter.

Flashbacks! I have been dealing with crap at my local GNC. Always trying to sell me garbage like Muscletech. All these pills and s*** rediculous IMO but how else do they make money right?

All you need is Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. Would you possibly be able to supply a link to the product if it is available on the net?
