I guess this would apply for Americans (if there are those who aren't)...but I would say that most ethnic is healthier than American. I would say seafood...although I guess this is not really an ethnic food, but to those in columbus ohio it sort of is, unless u feel like paying outrageous prices on simple fish like cod. But my pick would be chinese...other thoughts?
It's kind of hard to distinguish "American" food from "ethnic foods" as America is a melting pot and the food is the same. Most of the basic dishes from anywhere are good. It's the modern age and all the processing that's come about in the past 100 years or so that has made most of it less than optimal.
