I don't mix it. Creatine doesn't seem to mix well. I just dump the scoop into the back of my mouth and wash it down with water. It doesn't have any taste. Or after a workout I wash it down with a protein shake.

Doesn't mix well? It's virtually impossible to mix the two together.

I recently picked up some creatine gluconate and that stuff is mixing beautifully.

Yeah I figured, even with the micronized, it wont mix? And the only reason I switched from monohydrate to gluconate is because for a little bit more, I could have something that didn't require me to have juice or something sugary on hand to take it. Just a little bit easier to to take.

It won't mix because of chemistry, micronizing the creatine creates greater surface area enhancing absorption.
