I am just sort of curious. Can anyone think of ideas for drinks that don't have a day's worth of sugar in them, fake sugars, and still have taste? The only thing that comes to mind for me is gatorade, and I don't want that to be the only other thing I drink (I generally drink coffee, a little bit of juice each day, diet sodas, and of course, water). I am drinking way too much diet soda I think. Or flavored waters with fake sugars. I want something a bit more natural but not with 50 grams of sugar per 12 ounces. A mild sweetness isn't such a bad thing I think...I just have no ideas!
