They left out some of the best fats, coconut and animal fats. Yes they're higher in saturated fats but that's not a bad thing. I guess that technically, these are fats and not oils.

A thoroughly useless article.

Does not discuss the really good cooking fats, ghee, lard, etc. These are the only safe oils. The others have so much pufa that they go bad while cooking.

Even when not cooking Omega6 should not be more than omega3.
This is why the options of good oils are actually very less.

Also animal sources of Omega 3 are required, because our body is not good at converting ALA to EPA or DHA. Men do worse than Women in this respect. So it is more important for men to have fish oil supplements.
