I have been putting it in my morning shakes.
About 5 or 6 servings in about 1.5-1.75 liters of breakfast.
Am I playing with fire here or am I okay?
I know I should get fiber from food, but this quitting smoking thing is playing games with my bodies schedule.

excellent work on quiting!
i took a fiber pill last night for the first time. i get plenty, or i should say what i think is plenty, but i've been backed up. wrecked the bathroom at work this morning.

I was looking at thier supplement facts and, something doesnt add up...

how does that make sense?

HA ha, My wife has officially warned me that she is going to throw this stuff away.
I've been the Chicago orchestra's wind section for the last 36 hours.

Hahahah i love fiber it keeps me regular. I use fibercon 2 tabs twice daily. The foulest odor exiting my rear all day is priceless (drives the girls wild).

husk psyllium, is the best fiber supplement on earth.
Two tea spoon ful in the night with milk or water will do the trick.
We must ensure to drink plenty of fluids with fiber else , it will stick on intestines.
Veges and fruits is what u should take to get to regular does of fiber, other than supplement.
