Yeah protein in the states is very cheap in comparison. I've tried in the past to buy in bulk in and get it shipped over but customs are wise to it and put the hammer down. They seem to pull the charges out their a$$, too, which is great, and they make it very difficult for you to dispute it. If they 'think' that you can get the same product in the UK, they charge you more. And it's up to you to prove you can't. I bought a DVD/manual and a 'Testosterone' T-shirt and got hammered and they said I had to show you couldn't get them in the UK. How the hell do you do that?

Could of got a pair of Armani Jeans for what I ended up paying for the dam $5 testosterone T-shirt. But, who am I kidding, my a$$ cheeks would out grow the jeans in no time and, well, the t-shirt says 'Testosterone' on it. Looks and comments are priceless.

Yeah, that's why I was being a wise ass.

I heard things are either impossible or ridiculously expensive to bring into the UK.

So just an update about my experience with the insulin spike.

10 (7 or so after my original post i believe) days later I'm 225. So essentially the same weight.

Very small marginal increases in strength. Nothing too serious, so I can't really say "stronger" per say.

BUT...

I can see my top Ab other than when I get up in the morning again. So I have lost a marginal amount of body fat.

All in all, I say the Hershey's Syrup PWO isn't hurting anything, but can't say it really made a huge difference either.

I have to give you an update after this short a time because I will be changing more variables.

I just got one of these shirts today. What a punch in the gut.

I used to fill out an extra large shirt, not their extra large, it is like a XXL.

I feel so small again.

No way man. They have a zillion, shirts. Okay like 7 but I think yeah only one actually says test on it. I got the red one with the tribal on it.

I don't need people accusing me of anything, and most won't know what the TS even means.

This thing is huge though. Man really puts you in check.

Remember, olive oil is not just for cooking - it's also a refreshing beverage.
